NOVO Hair Co was established in 2021 by Danielle and Madeline. We began our cosmetology journey at Paul Mitchell the School Denver in 2017, as strangers, and graduated together as close friends in 2018. After working together in the industry for 3 years and building a strong passion for hair, we were ready to embark on a new journey. Our salon NOVO, is a Latin expression used in English to mean ‘from the beginning’, ‘anew’. Together we created this new space in hopes to always provide an innovative, creative, and intimate place for each guest. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/No Shows: Per our cancellation policy, NOVO kindly requests 48 hours notice of your scheduled reservation to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the event that you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled reservation, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services. In the event of a no show, NOVO reserves the right to charge 100% of your scheduled services.
